LEGAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Lois C. Walker for a rezoning (RZ-16-03) from LM (Light Manufacturing) to BG (Business General) for the property described by the attached legal description. Legal Description 470 North Clayton Street All that parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 146 of the 5th District and in the City of Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being 0.5127 acres, according to a plat of survey prepared for Maurice S. Gunter, Jr., by Hannon, Meeks, and Bagwell, Surveyors, dated February 17, 1981, and recorded at Plat Book 28, Page 277, Gwinnett County, Georgia Record, which plat is incorporated herein by reference, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point where the easterly right-of-way of North Clayton Street intersects the southerly right-of-way of Seaboard Coast Railroad Company (100 foot right-of-way); thence North 88deg. 03 00 East a distance of 181.60 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 23deg. 40 40 West a distance of 45.20 feet to a 3/4 pipe found; thence South 04deg. 48 06 East a distance of 91.51 feet to a point; thence South 85deg. 25 54 West a distance of 162.28 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way of North Clayton Street; thence along said right-of-way North 03deg. 54 05 West a distance of 139.63 feet to a point and the point of BEGINNING; said property contains an existing brick and block building.
