LEGAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Clint Dixon on behalf of Dustin Hewatt for a Special Use Permit to allow a Used Car Sales Lot in a BG zoning district (SU-16-17) for the property described by the attached legal description. Legal Description 395 Buford Drive Tract 1: All that tract or parcel of land being in Land Lot 176 of the 5th Land District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, containing 0.239 acres shown on plat of survey for Fred A. Bishop and Barbara B. Bishop prepared by Hannon, Meeks & Bagwell, Surveyors, dated August 23, 1978, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 242B, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin located at the point of intersection of the northwesterly right-of-way of Industrial Park Drive (an 80 foot right-of-way) and the easterly right-of-way of Georgia Highway No. 20 (a 60 foot right-of-way); running thence northerly along the easterly right-of-way of Georgia Highway No. 20 69.1 feet to an iron pin; thence northeasterly at an interior angle of 106deg. 24 with the prededing course 203.1 feet to an iron pin; thence southwesterly at an interior angele of 69deg. 38 with the preceding course 40.0 feet to an iron pin; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly right-of-way of Industrial Park Drive at an interior angle of 118deg. 13 with the preceding course 210.7 feet to an iron pin on the easterly right-of-way of Georgia Highway No. 20, which is the point of BEGINNING.
