LEGAL NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC CITY OF LAWRENCEVILLE Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Clint Dixon on behalf of Dustin Hewatt for a Special Use Permit to allow a Used Car Sales Lot in a BG zoning district (SU-16-17) for the property described by the attached legal description. Legal Description 395 Buford Drive Tract 1: All that tract or parcel of land being in Land Lot 176 of the 5th Land District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, containing 0.239 acres shown on plat of survey for Fred A.
