PELHAM and KATRINA DENISE PELHAM to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST GUARANTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION dated March 26, 2014, filed for record April 4, 2014, and recorded in Deed Book 52854, Page 387, GWINNETT County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to FIRST GUARANTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION by assignment recorded in Deed Book 53901, Page 814, GWINNETT County, Georgia Records, corrective assignment to be recorded. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
