MCKENZIE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR PROSPECT MORTGAGE, LLC dated June 12, 2015, filed for record June 15, 2015, and recorded in Deed Book 4229, Page 621, COWETA County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by assignment recorded in Deed Book 4429, Page 401, COWETA County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated June 12, 2015 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($197,359.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at COWETA County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 42 OF THE 5TH DISTRICT OF COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 207 OF BULLSBORO CROSSING F/K/A NEWNAN RIDGE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 97-109, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, SAID PLAT BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
