NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
Tract 40B, Vandergriff Creek Subdivision, Section II, Gilmer County,
Georgia
Map No. 3160C 040B
To: Kenneth M. McLendon, Elizabeth A. McLendon, 4301 Red Bud Road,
Calhoun, GA 30701, and any other parties with an interest in the
captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3160C 040B,
lying and being in Land Lot 163 of the 6th Land District, 2nd
Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 2.77 acres, more or
less, being Tract 40B, Vandergriff Creek Subdivision, Section II,
shown in Plat Book 30, Page 226, the description contained therein
being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book
846, Page 311, located on Parker Trail.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 9th day
of December, 2016.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated October 6, 2015,
and recorded in Deed Book 1951, page 24, Office of Clerk of Superior
Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 9th day of December,
2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address: 15 North Avenue,
Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
