Take notice that: Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
Property Location: Common Area being 0.70 acres in Land Lot 6, First District Map Reference No./Parcel No.: 014-C115A
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on the 28th day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2d day of June, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in Deed Book A42, at Pages 13-14.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the close of business on the 28th day of November, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Waterfall Property Owners Association, Inc., at the offices of the law firm of Moore & Reese, LLC, 2987 Clairmont Road, Suite 350, Atlanta, Georgia 30329.
