CITY OF SUGAR HILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL USE PERMIT SUP-16-002 SPECIAL USE PERMIT # 16-01582 PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given to the general public that Anthony Faust has filed an application for a Special Use Permit for the property located at 6209 Grand Loop Road, Sugar Hill, Georgia, known as Gwinnett County Tax Parcel IDs: 7-341-153 and is more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 341 of the 7th District GWINNETT County, Georgia, being Lot 370, , WILD TIMBER Subdivision, Phase 3B, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 88, Pages 7-8, GWINNETT County, Georgia Records, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference. The property is currently zoned Low Density Single Family Residential District (RS-150) in the City of Sugar Hill. The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to install a garage in the side yard. The Mayor and City Council have authority to grant the Special Use Permit as requested, grant the proposed Special Use Permit as supplemented by conditions of approval, deny the Special Use Permit request or table the Special Use Permit request. A public hearing on the proposed Special Use Permit request will be held before the Planning Commission on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sugar Hill City Hall Annex, located at 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia. The Mayor and City Council may/will discuss details of the proposed request on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sugar Hill City Hall, located at 5039 West Broad Street. A public hearing on the proposed Special Use Permit request will be held before the Mayor and City Council on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. in the Sugar Hill City Hall Annex, 5039 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, Georgia.
