Commonly known as: 625 Chadmon Court Trace, Dacula, GA 30019 Said property having been found to be in the possession of the defendant, Kine Thiam Gueye and levied upon as the property of the defendant in accordance with the Writ of Fieri Facias stated above. The sale will be held subject to any unpaid taxes, assessments, rights-of-way, easements, protective covenants or restrictions, liens, and other superior matters of record, which may affect said property.
