NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
Lot 1 & part of Lot 2, Quinn Springs Subdivision, Gilmer County,
Georgia
Map No. 3078E 001
To: John Jackson, 10651 Erie Road, Parrish, Florida 34219, and any other
parties with an interest in the captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3078E 001,
lying and being in Land Lot 279 of the 10th Land District, 2nd
Section, Gilmer County, Georgia, containing 2.77 acres, more or
less, being Lot 1 & part of Lot 2, Quinn Springs Subdivision,
shown in Plat Book 36, Page 204, the description contained therein
being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book
1074, Page 549, known as 1621 Weeks Road.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 26th
day of November, 2016.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated October 6, 2015,
and recorded in Deed Book 1951, page 17, Office of Clerk of Superior
Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 26th day of
November, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and
provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15
North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
