CIVIL ACTION NO. 2016CV-419
U.M.P., LLC, Petitioner,
vs.
BENNY JAMES FRADY, VICKI AARON FRADY, and all persons unknown who claim or
might claim adversely to all that tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the 10th District and Second Section, of Gilmer County,
Georgia and being part of Land Lot 149 and containing 6.21 acres,
more or less, as described in Deed Book 1418, Page 23, Gilmer County
Records.

NOTICE OF SUMMONS
TO: Benny James Frady, Vicki Aaron Frady, and all persons unknown who
claim or might claim adversely to certain lands in Gilmer County,
Georgia, being known as 6.21 acres, located in Land Lot 149, 10th
District and Second Section of Gilmer County, Georgia, as described
in Deed Book 1894, pages 326-327, Gilmer County Records.
You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to quiet
title against all the world in certain real property located in
Gilmer County was filed against you in said court on August 31, 2016
and that by reason of an order for service of summons by publication
entered by the court on September 21, 2016, you are hereby commanded
and required to file with the clerk of said court an answer to the
complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of the order for
service by publication.
