NOTICE TO BAR RIGHT OF REDEMPTION Georgia Ben Hill County TO: Laney S. Hunter, Myrtle McCormes, Jimmie Lee Mathews, Martestine Phillips, and Vernon E. Hunter (or heirs, successors and assigns of said named individuals, if now deceased); and to whom it may concern: Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to-wit: Map and Parcel No. 14 5 6 13 9 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being all of Lots 9 and 10 in Block 6 in Fairview Subdivision of Five Acre Tracts Numbers 1157 and 1158 in Land Lot 301 in the 4th Land District of Ben Hill County, Georgia and said Five Acre Tracts being shown by the plat of the American Tribune Soldiers Colony Company Domain of file in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Irwin County, Georgia, and said lots being as shown on the plat of Fairview Subdivision;will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of April, 2015, and is recorded in Deed Book 871, page 204, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior County of Ben Hill County, Georgia. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of November, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Larry J.
