NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM [REF. O.C.G.A., Section 48-4-5 et seq.; 48-4-45 & 48-4-46] TO: ROBERT L. WALKER MARIE T. WALKER STATE OF GEORGIA, GOVERNOR NATHAN DEAL OCCUPANT OF 2845 PHEASANT DRIVE AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON 2845 PHEASANT DRIVE RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED (REF. O.C.G.A. 48-4-45, 46) Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred as of five o'clock (5 p.m.) on and after October 28, 2016 or within 30 days after legal service of the Notice pursuant to OCGA 48-4-45 et seq., whichever date is later: ALL THAT LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND, WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF RICHMOND, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 8, BLOCK "C" OF QUAIL HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA IN REEL 34, PAGES 1911-1918; REFERENCE HEREBY BEING MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION AS TO THE METES, BOUNDS AND LOCATION OF SAID PROPERTY. That property known as 2845 PHEASANT DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 140-0-051-00-0. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated August 4, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1495 Page 1512.
