NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM [REF. O.C.G.A., Section 48-4-5 et seq.; 48-4-45 & 48-4-46] TO: TRAVIS E. SPEARS EVERBANK UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (Internal Revenue Service) OCCUPANT OF 204 LAKEWOOD DRIVE AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON 204 LAKEWOOD DRIVE RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED (REF. BESSON & ASSOCIATES, P.C., DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1991, WHICH IS FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT, RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA ON REALTY REEL 372, AT PAGE 1069. REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE TO SAID PLAT FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE METES, BOUNDS, AND LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY. LESS AND EXCEPT, HOWEVER, THAT PART OF THE ABOVE-REFERENCED PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN AN ORDER GRANTING POSSESSION DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 2004, WHICH IS FILED FOR RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT, RICHMOND COUNTY, GEORGIA ON REALTY REEL 957, PAGES 1388-1392. That property known as 204 LAKEWOOD DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 0262119000. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 2, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1488 Page 81.
