NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM [REF. O.C.G.A., Section 48-4-5 et seq.; 48-4-45 & 48-4-46] TO: MARION R. CARROLL A/K/A RUTH T. CARROLL and her Unknown Heirs at Law OCCUPANT OF 2491 CARROLL DRIVE AND ALL PERSONS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE INTEREST IN, OR LIEN UPON 2491 CARROLL DRIVE RE: FORECLOSURE OF EQUITY OF REDEMPTION FOR TAX SALE DEED (REF. That property known as 2491 CARROLL DRIVE according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 2090034000. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated May 5, 2015 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia in Deed Book 1486 Page 857.
