STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM Take Notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being in the 1269th GM District, County of Richmond, State of Georgia, having its Southwest corner a point 20 feet West of the common point of this lot and property, now or formerly, of James White and Jimmie Junior Porter (which is the Northwest corner of Porter's Lot) and thence extends Northeast a distance of 95 feet, more or less, to property now or formerly of Annie R. Cliett and extends back on its North and South lines 195 feet, more or less, to its rear, East line of 95 feet, more or less. The Lot is bound as follows: North by Cliett, East by Dobbs, South by Porter and White, and West by White. Conveyed together with, and subject to, a 20-foot Easement from the Northwest corner of this Lot along the Southside of property of Cliett a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to Community Road in a West direction. This being the same property conveyed by Sheriff's Tax Deed in Deed Book 1496, Page 1348 in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2015, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1496 at page 1348.
