gpn14 HS Foreclosures NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Kevin W. Hicks, an unmarried man, to First National Bank, dated November 17, 2006, filed for record November 27, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 01433, at Page 00410, Liberty County, Georgia Records, and last transferred to CADC/RADC VENTURE 2011-1, LLC., by assignment recorded on January 17, 2012, in Book 1705, at Page 858, Liberty County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated November 17, 2006, in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDERED EIGHTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($180,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold before the Courthouse door at Liberty County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October, 2016, the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. EXHIBIT A All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Liberty, State of Georgia and being known and designated as Lot Number 1, Seabrook Island Subdivision, Phase III, as shown on a map or plan of said subdivision recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court of Liberty County, Georgia in Plat Section M-89, folio 1.
