All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the, 248th District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the center of Ward
Road (no right-of-way) at a point 162 feet Southeast of McNeal Creek; thence 41 degrees 15 minutes East along Center of Ward Road for a distance of 209.66 feet; thence South 48 degrees 45 minutes West for a distance of 209.72 Feet to a iron pin; thence North 41 degrees 17 minutes West For a distance of 209.66 feet to an iron pin; thence North 48 Degrees 45 minutes East for a distance of 209.85 feet to the Point of beginning, containing 1.01 acres, more or less. For a more particular description reference is made to the plat as Surveyed for Ricky Whitlock on May 14, 1984, by Venable and Associates, as recorded in Plat Book 21, page 8, Jackson County Deed Records as is incorporated herein by reference As part of this deed. To have and to hold the said tract or Parcel of land, with all and singular the rights, members and Appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging, or in Anywise appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and Behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and Assigns forever in FEE SIMPLE.as well as ALL OTHER PARTIES OR ENTITIES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY ADVERSE RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE SUBJECT PROPERTY

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-4(f)(1)(C), this NOTICE of Service by Publication in the matter of George Kleine and Angela King, Petitioners v. Robert Andrew Whitlock as Executor of the Estate of Ricky Whitlock with the case number noted above. Service by publication is hereby made upon:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 248th District, G.M. Jackson County, Georgia, and being described as follows: BEGINNING at a point at the center of Ward Road (no right-of-way) at a point 162 feet Southeast of McNeal Creek; thence South 41 degrees 15 minutes East along center of Ward Road for a distance of 209.66 feet; thence South 48 degrees 45 minutes West for a distance of 209.72 feet to an iron pen; thence North 41 degrees 17 minutes West for a distance of 209.66 feet to an iron pin; thence North 48 degrees 45 minutes East for a distance of 209.85 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.01 acres, more or less.
For a more particular description reference is made to the plat as surveyed for Ricky Whitlock on May 14, 1984, by Venable and Associates, as recorded in Plat Book 21, page 8, Jackson County Deed Records and is incorporated by reference as a part of this Deed.
The Subject Property is the same Property described Tax Sale Deed recorded at Deed Book 70-Z, Pages 94-95. Service by Publication is further being made upon all Other Parties or Entities, Known or Unknown, Who Have or Claim any adverse Right, Title, or Interest in the Subject Property (collectively, the “Respondentsâ€) as Respondents, Civil Action Number: M-16-CV-0822, in an Action to Quiet Title currently pending before the Honorable Currie Mingledorff, in the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia. Said action was filed on September 9, 2016, and the Order granting Petitioner's Motion for Service by Publication was granted on September 14, 2016.
Consequently, the Respondents are hereby given NOTICE that they are commanded to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County and serve upon Petitioner an answer to said petition within 60 days from the date of the Order for Service by Publication.
