Radasch, 6) South State Bank as successor in interest to Community Bank & Trust and AFB&T, 7) AFB&T, 8) Nelms Development, Inc., 9) all tenants/occupants/residents, 10) State of Georgia, 11) Jackson County Tax Commissioner, and 12) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as Tract 10 off I 85 North, Jefferson, GA 30549 Take Notice That: The right to redeem the described property Tract 10 off I 85 North, Jefferson, GA 30549 (Tax Parcel 093 001L), as follows, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 245th District, G.M., Jackson County, Georgia, known and designated as Tract 10, of a survey and plat prepared by Allen L. Venable, Jr., Registered Surveyor, dated August 31, 1973 and recorded in Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Jackson County, Georgia, Plat Book 12, Page 2, said plat being incorporated herein by reference. For a more detailed description reference is hereby made to said plat as recorded. Said tract contains 1.66 acres, more or less. As described in Deed Book 18T, Page 452. Further described as Map & Parcel 093001L. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 3rd day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 71M, Page 429.
