Foreclosure of Right to Redeem Property
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
555 Rucker Road
Jefferson GA 30549 according to the present system of numbering properties in Jackson County Georgia, having Tax Parcel ID # 039018P and being further described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in GMD 257, Jackson County, Georgia, being Tract 2C (1.537 acres more or less), on a survey from Alfred Borders of Lot 2 of the E. C. Borders Estate, surveyed by David J. Baggett, R.L.S. #2740, dated January 12, 1999 as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 197, Jackson County Records. Together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances therof. As further described in Deed Book 49R Page 127 Jackson County Records.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the day of October 31, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of June, 2012, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Deed Book 62Z Page 331.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the day of October 31, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Fletcher Law Firm LLC, 191 Roswell St., Marietta GA 30060.
