and any other individuals or entities that claim any right, interest, or title in the property described herein.
RE: Deed Book 71-T, Pages 663-664
Grantee: Lanier Steel Products, Inc.
Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 255th G.M.D., Jackson County, Georgia, designated as Tract No. 2, containing 0.07 acres, more or less, as shown on plat and survey of Clelland A. Tyson, Surveyor, dated December 12, 1986, revised August 1, 1993 and October 11, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia, in Plat Book 41, Page 109. For a more detailed description to said tract, reference is hereby made to said plat as recorded. Subject to all existing easements and right of way for public roads and utilities now in use.
To have and to hold the said tracto fo parcel of land, with all singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever in FEE SIMPLE.
As described in Deed Book 113K, Page 413. Further described as Map & Parcel 033052C.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th day of October, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on the 20th day of October, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Lanier Steele Products, Inc., c/o Robert D. Alexander, Esq., Davidson, Hopkins & Alexander, P.C., P.O. Box 429, Jefferson, GA 30549.
