The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in GMD 1691, of Jackson County, Georgia, being Lot 18, of B&W Hen Farm, Inc., as per plat recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 7, Jackson County, Georgia Records, which plat is by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
Commonly known as: 2319 Old State Road, Pendergrass, GA 30567.
As described in Deed Book 64B, Page 227. Further described at Map & Parcel 100 026.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of October, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
The property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on the 25th day of October, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Jim Jones, c/o Robert D.
