LORD, REGISTERED SURVEYOR, DATED APRIL 8, 2004, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 281, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF JACKSON COUNTY, GEORGIA AND INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE FOR A MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION. That property known as 48 SUNNYCREST STREET according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number C16 035. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated September 1, 2015, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Georgia in Deed Book 71T Page 673.
