NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF GWINNETT
TO: Richardson Housing Group, Inc. and all known and unknown successors, all occupants/tenants all person having of record in Gwinnett County Georgia any rights, title, interest, or lien upon certain property. Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All That tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 47 & 48, of the 5th District of Gwinnett County, Georgia, being 3.71 acres, more or less, being known as the Recreation Area/Open Space of Oakland Downs Subdivision, Phase I, as shown in Plat Book 114, Pages 262- 263, Gwinnett County, Georgia, further described as Map & Parcel R5048576 will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 11th day of October, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of March 2012, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 51267 page 603.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 11th day of October, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 3461-D Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd. Suwanee Ga 30024.
