IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF GLYNN COUNTY STATE OF GEORGIA ROBERT J. KATOSKI and CARLTON D. BURGESS Petitioners vs. CHRISTOPHER MAINOR, ASIA MAINOR, BAC HOME LOANS, and BANK OF AMERICA, NA, successor by Merger to BAC Home Loan Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, LP, and all other persons or entities, known or unknown, who might claim adversely to Petitioners' title to the hereinafter described real property, Respondents Civil Action No. CE16-00452-063 NOTICE OF PUBLICATION Notice is given pursuant to O.C.G.A. 23-3-65 to CHRISTOPHER MAINOR, ASIA MAINOR and QUINCY JOHNSON, and all other persons or entities known or unknown including any person or entity who claims to be an owner of lands adjoining the property described in this Petition, any person or entity who claims an interest including easement rights in the property described in this Petition, any person or entity who claims adversely to the right of the petitioner to the possession, use, and enjoyment of the property herein described and all the world, that ROBERT J. KATOSKI and CARLTON D. BURGESS have filed the above-styled action to establish title to the below described property against all the world in the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, Brunswick Judicial Circuit April 26, 2016. By reason of Order for Service by Publication entered by said Court on the 5th day of August, 2016 and Amended Order for Service by Publication entered by said Court on the 14th day of September, 2016. YOU ARE HEREBY commanded to be and appear at said Court on the 28th day of October, 2016 at 9:30 o'clock a.m. and to state such claims as you may have to the below-described property, to answer said petition and file pleadings before the Court. The property subject to the quiet title action is described as follows: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 26th GMD Glynn County, Georgia and being more particularly described as Lot 49, Phase I, Culligan's Landing as more particularly described according to that certain plat of survey prepared by Ralph E. Lackey GRLS #1635, recorded in Plat Drawer 24, Map 333 in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia. Reference is hereby made to said plat for all purposes of identification and description. Map and Parcel # 03-14866, also known as 111 Zachary Drive, Brunswick Georgia. The tax deed to which this matter relates is dated October 7, 2014 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia at Deed Book 3363, Page 447.
