ALL RESIDENTS/OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 8. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: That certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to the well known maps and the plan of said City as the NORTHERN ONE HALF (1/2) of the WESTERN ONE HALF (1/2) of TOWN COMMONS LOT NO. NINETY SIX (96), lying between Albany and Amherst Streets in said City, having dimensions of forty five by ninety (45x90) feet and more particularity described as follows to-wit: Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southern line of M Street with the Easterly line of Albany Street and thence from said initial point, running Southerly along the said Easterly line of Albany Street for a distance of forty five (45); thence at right angles to said last described line running Easterly for a distance of ninety (90) feet; thence at right angles to said last described line running Northerly for a distance of forty five (45) feet to the Southerly line of M Street; thence at right angles to last described line running Westerly along said Southerly line of M Street for a distance of ninety (90) feet to the point or place of beginning. Said property is also designated as map and parcel # B022 02 109 001, and is located at 1300 M Street, Brunswick, Georgia. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 01-03533 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 21st day of October, 2016. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 4th day of August, 2015. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3486, Page 395 and as corrected by that certain deed recorded on August 25, 2016 in Deed Book 3629, Page 402. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2016.
