Take Notice That:
The right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3052A G 001,
lying and being in Land Lots 112 and 113, of the 11th Land District,
2nd Section, Gilmer County, Georgia; being Lot C-559, of Eagle's
Mountain Resort, Unit 79, as shown in Plat Book 14, Page 295, Gilmer
County Superior Court Records, which plat is incorporated herein by
reference and made a part of this description, this being the same
parcel conveyed to Tony and Denice Frix, Adairsville, Georgia, will
expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after June 21,
2016. The Tax Deed to which this Notice relates is dated July 30,
2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 193, Page 675, located
on 25th Street.
