NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM
To: Christopher Teems aka Christopher B. Teems, Kimberly D.
McCord aka Kimberly D. Teems, Regions Bank, Other unknown
parties with a legal interest.
Take notice that:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3084 025,
lying in Land Lot 239 of the 11th Land District, 2nd Section, Gilmer
County, Georgia, shown in Plat Book 32, Page 133, the description
contained therein being incorporated herein by reference, described
in Deed Book 644, Page 355, known as 824 Clear Creek Road.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 4th day
of November,2016.
The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 4th of
August,2016, is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Gilmer County, Georgia, in Deed Book 193, Page 206.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 4th day of November,
2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by
law to the undersigned at the following address:
