NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION To: Lora J. Sutton a/k/a Lora J. Mosley a/k/a Janie S. Mosley and her heirs, successors and/or assigns To: William Mosley and any and all residents of the property described below Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District and 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia, more particularly described as follows: Being a part of Land Lot No. 76, designated as Lot No. 6, of the Epworth Heights Subdivision, as shown on plat of survey prepared by V. Gregory under the supervision of Dugger P. Kiker, G.R.L.S. No. 1551, dated January 18, 1975, recorded in Plat Book 9, page 85, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Fannin County, Georgia and by reference thereto, said plat of survey is incorporated herein and made a part hereof. Subject to existing easements and right of ways for public roads, if any. Also subject to Fannin County, Georgia subdivision regulations. The above-described property is the same property as that conveyed to First Bank of Polk County by Deed Under Power of Sale from Troy Norton and Karen Norton, dated February 4, 1997 and recorded February 11, 1997 in Deed Book 260, page 223, Fannin County Deed Records. Described in Deed Book 1131, Page 788-789. Further described as Map & Parcel 0059 140H. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th day of November, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated 2nd day of June, 2015 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131 Pages 788-789. This notice shall not act to extend or modify any rights or obligations of the above-named individuals/entities, and said individuals/entities shall be bound by the procedures and requirements to redeem said property under Georgia Statutes. Subject to applicable law, if allowed, the subject property must be redeemed before the 14th day of November, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned: Nancy C.
