CLASS:010 PUBLIC SALE GEORGIA, COWETA COUNTY There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door in Coweta County, Georgia on the first Tuesday in October, 2016, the following property, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land and being in the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia, and being shown as Lot 2A on that certain plat entitled “Mrs. Irvin Webb Subdivision” prepared by T. Y. Mattox, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 10, dated January 27, 1956, and recorded in Plat Book 11 Page 39, Coweta County, Georgia records, and being more particulary described according to said plat as follows: Begin at a point on the easterly right of way line of Roberts Road, which point is South 11 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 84 feet from the intersection of said right of way line of Roberts Road and the southerly right of way line of Bennett Street as measured along said right of way line of Roberts Road, and run thence South 11 degrees 30 minutes West along said right of way line a distance of 65 feet to a point; run thence North 87 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 198 feet to a point; run thence North 3 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 63 feet to a point; run thence in a westerly direction a distance of 183 feet to the point of beginning as established above. 30 Roberts Road Tax Map No: N55 017 Said property levied on to satisfy the tax FIFA issued by the City of Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia; levied on as property of Amanda M. Abelt defendant in FIFA, notice of levy and sale having been given to the defendant in FIFA.
