CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Christopher J. Driver to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Market Street Mortgage Corporation and its successors and assigns dated August 2, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 3023, Page 174, Coweta County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $81,403.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, December 6, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Land Lot 233 of the Second Land District of Coweta County, Georgia and lying within the City of Grantville and being more particularly described as Lot 8 as shown and depicted on a survey entitled "Richards & Malloy Manufacturing, Inc.", prepared by B&D Surveying, Inc., certified by Standridge Eugene Mahan, R.L.S., dated August 7, 1990 and recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 108, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia; to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular and accurate description of the property conveyed herein.
