NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTIING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured by a Security Deed executed by BRIDGETT WILLIS dated May 30, 2012, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in Deed Book 8608, Pages 26-43. The said THOMAS ANDREW MARTIN has declared the balance due and payable, and in the exercise of the powers contained in said Security Deed will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, on the first Tuesday in October, 2016, between the legal hours of sale before the courthouse door of Columbia County, Georgia, the following described property, to wit: ALL that lot or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Columbia, being shown and designated as Lot 10, Block D, Section IX-A, Springlakes, on a plat recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia, in PC-A, Slide 217 #6; reference being made to said plat for a more complete and accurate description as to the metes, bounds and location of said property. Said property is conveyed subject to and with notice of the following matters: a) drainage easements, building setback lines, and all other matters shown on the plat of record; b) general utility easements and road right-of-way grants and easements.
