NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TO: 1. CURTIS HAND 2. RULOFSKY V. HARRIS 3. ESTATE OF CURTIS HAND 4. ALL RESIDENTS/OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 5. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, and being particularly designated and described according to the official maps and plan of said City as the southern 33 feet of the eastern 1/2 of Town Commons Lot 133 between Wolfe and Albany Streets. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 01-03520 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of August, 2016. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of January, 2012. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 2964, Page 250. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2016.
