NOTICE TO BAR RIGHT OF
REDEMPTION
TO: Sandy J. Smith, Rabun County Tax Commissioner; James Woodley Land Trust, c/o Sam F. Woodley, Jr., 15 Pinewood Avenue, Woodbine, GA 31569; Lois J. Woodley, 4411 Avalon Blvd, Alpharetta, GA 30009 and any and all occupants of the property described herein:
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to-wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 3 and 4 of the 4th Land District, Rabun County, Georgia and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
For a full and complete description of the real property being hereby conveyed, reference is hereby had and made to a plat of survey dated July 19, 2007 and prepared by E.G. Davidson, GRLS No. 2586. The real property being hereby conveyed is Tract 1 containing 4.159 acres, more or less. Said plat is of record in Plat Book 58, page 391 in the office of the Clerk of Rabun Superior Court. Reference to said plat and the record thereof is incorporated herein for a more full and complete description of the property described herein.
As described in Deed Book Y-34, page 697 and described as Map & Parcel 053A012A.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 10th day of October, 2016.
**This date is 60 days from the date the notice runs the first time.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated 3rd day of June, 2014 and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia in Deed Book A-41, pages 654-655.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 10th day of October, 2016 by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Cherry Orr Jackson, c/o R.
