NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

Take notice that: Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on August 19, 2016. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated June 2, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rabun County, Georgia, in Deed Book A42 at Page 3-4.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the close of business on the aforementioned barment date, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to United Acquisition Group, LLC at the offices of the law firm of Clark Law Group, LLC, 17 Executive Park Drive, Ste. 480, Atlanta, Georgia 30329.
