NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt from Jessica Grenard filed in Deed Book 51885, Page 498, Gwinnet County, Georgia records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $160,000.00; with interest thereon as set forth therein, last transferred to Johnny Tuggle Builders, Inc. by Assignment filed for record August 29, 2015, in Deed Book 53626, Page 481, there will be sold at a public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, between the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September 6, 2016, by Johnny Tuggle Builders, Inc. the following property to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 27 OF THE 5TH DISCTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 77, BLOCK A OF THE PRESERVE AT BRISCOE SUBDIVISION, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122 PAGES 21-25 GWINNETT COUNTY RECORDS, SAID PLAT BY THIS REFERENCE BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF FOR A MORE COMPLETE DISCRIPTION.
