TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the described property 4900 Spur Court, Norcross, Ga 30071 (Tax Parcel R6227 151), as follows, to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 227, of the 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 28, Block E, Unit 4, of Rockborough North Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 193, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. Subject to all easements and restrictions of record. As described in Deed Book 49175, Page 93, further described as Map & Parcel R6227 151.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 14th day of October, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of July, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Deed Book 53722, Page 460.
