Pursuant to Default Judgment and Final Order filed in Civil Action File No. 15V844, recorded in Deed Book 4360, Page 247, Coweta County records, the legal description in the Quit-Claim Deed recorded in Deed Book 720, Page 469, the Security Deed recorded in Deed Book 1949, Page 341, Deed recorded November 20, 1945, in Deed Book 42, Pages 275-276, Warranty Deed recorded August 8, 1972, in Deed Book 217, Page 126, Quit-Claim Deed recorded June 25, 1976, in Deed Book 265, Page 619 and Quit-Claim Deed recorded July 1, 1985, in Deed Book 384, Page 639 are hereby reformed by deleting the legal descriptions currently contained in each, and in lieu thereof, the legal description referenced above in the Final Order and further described above. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
