NOTICE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM REAL PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE
Tract 6, 1.40 acres, Land Lot 277, 11th District 2nd Section, PB 21/104,
Gilmer Co., Georgia
Map No. 3085 036F
To: Barbara C. Rice, Post Office Box 2032, Ellijay, GA 30540 and any
other parties with an interest in the captioned real property.
Please Take Notice:
That the right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 3085 036F, in
Land Lot 277 of the 11th Land District, 2nd Section, Gilmer County,
Georgia, containing 1.40 acres, more or less, being Tract 6, shown
in Plat Book 21, Page 104, the description contained therein being
incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 581,
Page 413, known as 827 John Teem Road.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 20th
day of September, 2016.
The Tax Sale Deed to which this notice relates is dated June 2, 2015,
and recorded in Deed Book 1929, page 138, Office of Clerk of
Superior Court, Gilmer County, Georgia.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 20th day of
September, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and
provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 15
North Avenue, Ellijay, Georgia 30540.
