NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the city of Swainsboro has levied upon the following property of Betty Scott Brown to satisfy city taxes owing to the said city for the year(s) of: 2015 in the initial tax amount a $818.80. Amount does not include cost and interest. This can only be calculated when tax is satisfied. All those lots or parcels of land, together with improvements thereon, lying, situate and being in the City of Swainsboro, 53'd G.M. District of Emanuel County, Georgia, designated as Lots 25 and 26 in Block E of the Forest Hill Subdivision, as shown by plat made by Frank J. Ford, Surveyor, recorded in the Office of the Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Deed Book DO, page 1-A. Said lots combined front 150 feet on the South side of Golf Lrive and extend back between parallel lines a distance of 280 feet al.:,ng Prince Avenue, and are bounded as follows: North by Golf Drive; East by Prince Avenue; South by Lot No. 24 in Block E of said Subdivision; and West by Lot 27 in Block E of said Subdivision. Said property is the same as that conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk, Emanuel Superior Court, in Deed Book GI, page 489. (S46-020) Said property will be sold before the courthouse doors in Emanuel County.
