Dillard, 3) All other Heirs and Assigns that may claim an interest, 4) State of Georgia, 5) all Residents/Tenants/Occupants, 4) Fannin County Tax Commissioner, 5) All Persons Known or Unknown Who May Claim an Interest in Property Known as Tax parcel 0031 030D and whose legal description is 8-2 LL232 DB1131-814* 1.00 AC TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land being a part of Land of No. 232, in 8th District and the 2nd Section, of Fannin County, Georgia and bounded as follows: BEGINNING at an iron stake on the South of the road of the Joel Smith line and running with the P.A Dillard line approximately 500 feet to the Ed Cloer line: thence from a clump of oak trees with Ed Cloer approximately 500 feet to a rock corner on the Ed Cloer line; thence back in a Westerly direction approximately 500 feet along the South bank of the road to the beginning corner, said tract of land containing one (1) acre, more or less. This being the same property conveyed Glenda W Dillar and Loran A. Dillard from Charles F. Driggers by Warranty Deed, dated October 15, 1984, October 18, 1984, in Deed Book 97, Page 344, Fannin County Records. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the day of June 2nd, 2015 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Fannin County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1131 at pages 814-815.
