ALL RESIDENTS/OCCUPANTS/TENANTS 8. ALL PERSONS HAVING ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN OR LIEN UPON THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY: TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the City of Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, described and identified according to the well-known maps and plan of said City as the Northern 1/3 of the Eastern 1/2 of Town Commons Lot 38, lying between Wolfe and Albany Streets, which portion of said lot is more particularity described and identified as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point of the Westerly line of Albany Street 180 feet South of the intersection of the said Westerly line of Albany Street with the Southerly line of N Street and from said beginning point running in a Southerly direction along the said Westerly line of Albany Street for a distance of 30 feet; thence turning and running in a Westerly direction along a line parallel with the Southerly line of N Street for a distance of 90 feet; thence turning and running in a Northerly direction along a line parallel to the Westerly line of Albany Street for a distance of 30 feet; thence turning and running in an Easterly direction along a line parallel to the Southerly line of N Street for a distance of 90 feet to the point and place of beginning. Also known as Glynn County Parcel No.: 01-03353 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of August, 2016. The tax deed for which this notice relates is dated the 3rd day of January, 2012. Said tax deed is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Glynn County, Georgia, in Deed Book 2964, Page 248. This property may be redeemed at any time before 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2016.
