The right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in District 6 Land Lot 193 known as 6755 TRAFALGAR SQUARE and parcel R6193E027 per records of Gwinnett County and plat maps of the County Tax Assessors Office, subject to restrictions on record with the Clerk of Superior Court, Gwinnett County, Georgia, and excluding rights of way and easements. The property is more particularly described in the Gwinnett County deed records at Deed Book 40028, Page 144. Plat and deed are a part hereof.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after August 15, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated December 2, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53320 at Page 474.
