NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following property, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 8th District, 1st Section, of Fannin County, Georgia, and being part of Land Lot Nos. 73 and 108, and being 4.00 Acres, more or less, according to a plat of survey for Robert L. Sterling and Deyra O. Sterling, by Donald L. Cordell, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2447, dated June 29, 1994, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 183 of the Fannin County, Georgia Records, said recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference for a more complete metes and bounds description of the property described herein. Said property is further described in Deed Book 323, Page 347, Deed Book 237, Page 117, and Deed Book 214, Page 643, all of the Fannin County, Georgia Records. Said Property is further identified as Fannin County Tax Map and Parcel Number 00290431N, and further identified as 615 Ross Road, Mineral Bluff, Georgia 30559 according to the present system of numbering properties in Fannin County, Georgia, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of September, 2016. The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated the 2nd day of June, 2015, and is recorded in Deed Book 1132, Page 78, of the Fannin County, Georgia Deed Records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of September, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Samuel R.
