The property is more particularly described in the Gwinnett County deed records at Deed Book 6020, Page 68. Plat and deed are a part hereof.
will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after August 15, 2016.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated April 4, 2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia in Deed Book 53579 at Page 417.
