To Jason P. Tamblyn and wife, Eileen S. Tamblyn:
Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above-entitled action.
The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: foreclosure sale to satisfy unpaid property taxes on your interest in the property described as Lot Number 13 of Queens Gap, Phase 1, as described more fully in Plat recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 280-292, Rutherford County Registry, which is more completely described in the complaint. Plaintiff seeks to extinguish any and all claim or interest that you may have in the property.
You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than August 9, 2016, and upon your failure to do so, the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
