NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Jeff Cerneka and Pamela Cerneka to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for New Penn Financial, LLC, dated April 26, 2013, and recorded in Deed Book 52200, Page 0316, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by assignment recorded on December 21, 2015 in Book 54005 Page 0109 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Two Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($274,800.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 2, 2016, the following described property: APN/Parcel ID(s): R7222208 THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF GWINNETT, STATE OF GEORGIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 222 AND 225 OF THE 7TH DISTRICT, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 20, BLOCK A, THE PARK AT MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 97, PAGE 5, GWINNETT COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
