Said Plat of Survey, for Joseph Rainwater, c/o James Massa, is recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 324, Coweta County, Georgia Records, and is incorporated herein by reference. Being the same property that was conveyed by that certain Sheriff's Tax Deed, dated 03/03/2015, from Tax Commissioner and Ex-Officio Sheriff of Coweta County, Georgia, to DR Deed, LLC, as recorded in Deed Book 4203, Page 102, Coweta County, Georgia Records. designated as Tax Parcel 101 2126 001 located on Tabby Linch Rd., Moreland, Coweta County, GA 30259 will expire and be forever be foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of July, 2016. The Sheriff's Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated 03/03/2015, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Coweta County, Georgia, in Deed Book 4203, Page 102.
