SALE UNDER POWER GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA Because of default in the payment of an indebtedness evidenced by a Promissory Note secured by a Deed to Secure Debt dated February 7, 2014 and executed by MARCUS L. MOSELY AND SANDRA BRIGGS MOSELY to JOHNS LAND COMPANY, INC., recorded in Deed Book 3274, pages 344-347, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia, the undersigned pursuant to said Deed to Secure Debt and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale in said Deed to Secure Debt will on the first Tuesday in August, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, at the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash: All of that certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 27th G.M.D. of Glynn County, Georgia, consisting of 1.45 acres, more or less, shown and identified as Tract Number Twenty-seven (27) and Tract Number Twenty-eight (28) of The Lakes Subdivision, Phase 2, as shown and delineated upon a certain plat of survey made by M. Jerry Tomberlin, Jr., Georgia Registered Land Surveyor No. 2942, which plat is recorded in Cabinet 2, Plats 259A and 259B, in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Glynn County, Georgia, which plat is incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description and reference thereto should be made for the metes and bounds of said property. Proceeds of sale will be applied to payment of said indebtedness, expenses of sale and as provided in said Deed to Secure Debt. The property will be sold subject to any unpaid ad valorem taxes and purchaser to pay for Deed and Georgia Documentary Tax.
