STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of GLYNN NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from J MICHAEL BRAUN to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. dated November 19, 2003, filed for record December 1, 2003, and recorded in Deed Book 1310, Page 142, GLYNN County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated November 19, 2003 in the original principal sum of FORTY THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($40,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at GLYNN County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2016, the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE CITY OF BRUNSWICK, GLYNN COUNTY, GEORGIA, DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO THE WELL KNOWN MAPS AND THE PLAN OF SAID CITY (TO WHICH REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE) AS GOODYEAR PARK SUBDIVISION LOT NO. 13 IN BLOCK C. SAID PROPERTY BEING BOUNDED AS FOLLOWS: NORTHERLY BY LOT NOS. 10 AND 12 IN SAID BLOCK; EASTERLY BY KEMBLE AVENUE; SOUTHERLY BY LOT NO. 14 IN SAID BLOCK; AND WESTERLY BY LOT NO. 6 IN SAID BLOCK BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO J. MICHAEL BRAUN FROM JENNIFER LYNN VANTREESE, FORMERLY JENNIFER V. BRAUN ONE HALF UNDIVIDED INTEREST BY THAT DEED DATED 02/15/1994 AND RECORDED 02/17/1994 IN DEED BOOK 51-S, AT PAGE 223 OF THE GLYNN COUNTY, GA PUBLIC REGISTRY. TAX MAP REFERENCE: 01-06173 To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is J MICHAEL BRAUN A/K/A JOSEPH MICHAEL BRAUN or a tenant or tenants. Said property may more commonly be known as: 3319 KEMBLE AVE, BRUNSWICK, GA 31520-3744. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
