CLASS:007 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF COWETA Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Anthony D. Hall and Kathryn L. Hall to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. dated June 30, 2003, and recorded in Deed Book 2265, Page 634, Coweta County Records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $133,716.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, August 2, 2016, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN COWETA COUNTY OF GEORGIA: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, SITUATE LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 289 OF THE FIRST LAND DISTRICT AND BEING IN THE CITY OF SENOIA, COWETA COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING IDENTIFIED AS LOT C-12 SPRINGDALE, PHASE "C", AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF SURVEY OF SPRINGDALE, PHASE "C" MADE BY JOHN R.
